Our Passion is Real Taste!

Vinegrette Bistro was born from a simple dream: to create a place in Fukuoka where food warms the soul. We combined Slavic traditions with the flavors of Central Asia to make you feel at home, even thousands of miles away.

Why do we cook this way?

It's easy to find exotic dishes on the island, but it's hard to find that "one-size-fits-all" taste of homemade cottage cheese or perfect pilaf. We decided not to compromise, but to create everything ourselves.

Every morning at Vinegrette begins with making the starter for cottage cheese, pulling fresh noodles for lagman, and kneading the dough for pelmeni. We use only Halal beef and premium cold-pressed oils because we believe that the quality of our ingredients is the key to respecting our guests.

Our pilaf is a source of pride. We prepare it in a rich oxtail broth, balancing spices and cooking time. It's not just cooking; it's our craft.
